Terms and Conditions
  • The new GREENCARD Program comes into effect on 1st July, 2016. All members previously enrolled at Pantaloons will continue to be members of GREENCARD.
  • PAYBACK points can be redeemed at Pantaloons only on or before 31st March, 2017.
  • All points accumulated in GREENCARD have validity of only 1 year from the date of its credit in GREENCARD.
  • By becoming a GREENCARD Member, the member authorizes Pantaloons to communicate, from time to time, on contact details provided by the member.
  • The value of 1 GREENCARD reward point is 25 paise.
  • GREENCARD points awarded at Pantaloons may vary and may exclude certain range of merchandise. Refer GREENCARD website for updates and amendments on earning of GREENCARD points, program terms, conditions and procedures.
  • Pantaloons may change, amend, add, alter or terminate this program, including the rewards structure, without prior notice.
  • Pantaloons has the right to change, limit, modify or cancel rules, regulations, rewards, and GREENCARD Point structure at any time without notice. The points structure can also be restricted/modified by Pantaloons during certain SALE events.
  • The GREENCARD membership is meant for Pantaloons Customers only and can be used at Pantaloons.
  • Registering into the GREENCARD program will take minimum of 24 hours from the time of enrolment.
  • To earn GREENCARD points on first bill, members need to shop for Rs. 2000/- and above
  • Pantaloons reserves the right to refuse membership to an applicant without assigning any reason.
  • Pantaloons reserves the right to terminate membership on grounds of misuse or fraud.
  • Membership to this program is restricted to adult individuals with a mobile number in India.
  • If one does not share registered mobile number at the time of billing, GREENCARD privileges will not accrue on that transaction.
  • Your GREENCARD benefits are applicable only for retail customers and not valid on bulk purchases
  • Your GREENCARD entitles you for discounts as reward points on current purchases only. Purchases made against exchanges or credit notes will not qualify for discounts.
  • Points are not applicable for transactions made through credit note purchase.
  • Your GREENCARD discounts as points and offers are valid on payments made by cash/credit card /debit card.
  • Your GREENCARD discounts are exclusive and cannot be clubbed with Special/ Corporate/ Employee privileges.
  • GREENCARD Reward Points are not accrued on purchase of fine jewelry, Pantaloons Gift Vouchers /Cards and carry bags except benefits available for certain customers.
  • GREENCARD Reward Points can be earned throughout the year except SALE periods. GREENCARD Reward Points can be redeemed throughout the year.
  • In case of any complaints, GREENCARD members can exchange their purchased garments within 90 days of billing. Members need to ensure that the garments are not used and are in saleable condition.
  • Exclusive billing counters may not be present in smaller stores.
  • Shop for Rs.8,000, Rs.20,000 or Rs.40,000 within a span of 12 months and upgrade to a 3, 5 or 7 star membership respectively.
  • Shop for Rs.8,000, Rs.20,000 or Rs. 40,000 within a span of 12 months and retain your 3, 5 or 7 star membership respectively. If these shopping limits are not maintained for 12 months from the date of upgradation, the member will be assigned one tier below the existing tier after every 12 months.

Bill Insert Communication
  • Pujo Gift Offer is applicable for Greencard members, applicable for same day enrolment.
  • Member can club all shopping done during the above promotion period and redeem the gift as per the offer slabs mentioned. Borosil Snack Set worth 625 not part of the Club Offer.
  • Only those transactions will be considered for the offer, where registered mobile number is provided by the member before billing.
  • If shopping is done using a Credit Note/ EDC purchase. (For both Pantaloons & ABG employees) and on purchase of Fine Jewellery, cosmetics, fragrance, watches & sunglasses.
  • Gift recovery amount cannot be considered for future accumulation of shopping.
  • Once a member redeems any gift, the cumulative shopping base will be reset to ‘0’. Member can start accumulating shopping again to avail the offer.
  • Unutilized purchase amount will lapse once a gift has been availed by the member.
  • Member can redeem the gifts upto 15th November 2017.
  • Gifts once redeemed and issued cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Samsung will only be accountable for any breakages/damages if seal is intact.
  • Members who redeem gifts will not be eligible for Greencard points on their cumulative spends. Members who do not redeem gifts will be issued Greencard points basis their program tiers which will be reflected in the members account post 15th November 2017.




Insignia Terms & Conditions
  • Insignia is store specific program. Insignia membership benefits will be applicable only at the store of enrollment.
  • Customers can start availing privileges of the Insignia program only 24 hours after registering for the program and will continue doing so for 365 days.
  • Insignia customers shopping at stores other than the store of enrollment into the Insignia program will earn points as per the Greencard Loyalty Program.

Bajaj Finance cashback offer (1st Sept - 22nd October, 2017):
  • Get flat 10% Cashback @ Pantaloons stores on Bajaj Emi card payments
  • Valid on a minimum transaction of Rs.5000 & above
  • Maximum cashback is Rs 500

SBI Cashback Offer (1st Sept - 15th Oct, 2017):

CASH BACK OFFER - TERMS & CONDITIONS
  • 5% Cash Back offer shall be available to all State Bank Debit and SBI Credit Cardholders shopping for a net value of Rs 3,000/- or above in one single transaction.
  • Maximum available cashback is Rs 750/-
